Terms of Service

By creating an account or using EventFlow Suite you agree to these terms. If you’re using EventFlow for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Keep your login credentials secure and let us know of any unauthorised use. You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for the people you invite to your productions.

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no infringing others’ rights, no attempts to break security, scrape, or overload the platform, and no reselling access without our agreement.

You keep all rights to the content you create and upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display it so we can run the service for you — including sending the necessary data to our AI providers (Anthropic, Google or OpenAI) when you use AI features. If you bring your own AI key, that data is sent to the provider you chose under their terms. The assistant only changes your data after you review and confirm its proposed actions.

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Plan limits are described on the pricing page.

We work to keep EventFlow reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

To the extent permitted by law, EventFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
